When you upload an image:

• Face Data is extracted using Google's ML Kit on-device where possible
• AI enhancement and avatar features require processing your face data
• We do not share or sell Face Data
• You confirm you have the right to upload any image and consent from others in it

Our Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we've collected data from a child, we'll delete it immediately.
